The room at this property was very clean. Probably the cleanest room I have ever gotten in Reno OR Vegas. I was super impressed. Felt private and safe in this property. Code Keys in use on all entrances, and my room was just inside the side entrance which made entering and leaving and entering our ground floor unit very convenient, and easy on the knees. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this property to friends or family.

Choose this because pet friendly. Pretty quite building which is good for noisy pets. Under staffed but they did a great job despite being behind on towels,

The concept of having a complete kitchen was great; however, the hotel staff was unable to execute the concept. Requests took days to complete, and we never received the kitchen dishes or coffee maker requested the day before we checked out. And I saw the desk attendant write it down on the to-do list, so it shouldn't have been ignored. The property was nice, but the lack of a lobby space meant that everything happened in the two chairs by the front desk/elevator area including job interviews, and guests rudely holding group... read more
