WiFi was very slow even though I paid the extra for high speed. Room was quiet though. Kitchenette does not have even basic utensils or plates so not a deal breKer but you should be aware. Full size fridge was nice. No ice machine on site but the ice from the freezer was enough to make a cocktail though Check in staff was very rude and very slow.

We had most of what we needed to stay 2 weeks. There was a bit of a delay (a couple days) in getting silverware and appliances due to a high volume of travelers there but we made out ok. Staff was friendly and helped as best they could.

Nice but security DOOR on east entrance was not working. Wouldn't close. Not comforting.

Nice location. Not up to the price. The air conditioning did not work. The front desk could not help us at 10 pm. The back door was never locked so visitors could come at anytime with out using their keycard to get in. They say they are pet friendly and then charge a $25 fee each night for the pet. Morning breakfast was a cup of coffee and instant oatmeal. Quite expensive for the stay.

I liked the staff. They were very pleasant. What I didn't like was the incredibly hard beds, a hot room because the air conditioning was not working in the room I was originally given, and the poor quality picture on the TV.

The beds are not queen sized as advertised and they are very uncomfortable. Check in took forever because apparently this location runs on an old system. Staff were unprofessional and shouting to each other from across the hall. We picked this hotel because it’s pet friendly and it was the only one available last minute that wasn’t an icky motel.
