The neighborhood that this hotel was located in was safe and nice. We felt happy with the area as there are plenty of dining options and is safe. The hotel itself was not bad. The room and hotel was clean and safe, it didn't feel like a brand new hotel, but really it wasn't bad. I'd stay here again with no hesitation. The staff were also nice.

Everything was good. The only thing is that the room had a smell-like food or b.o. the good thing is I also carry a can of air freshener.

Served our purposes: an overnight prior to a medical procedure at Renown. They don't seem to have front office stay per se as the woman cleaning the sheets stepped up to fill that role. We didn't have a coffee maker in our room, had to ask for one but otherwise staff was accommodating and the room was roomy with fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove and no dishes whatsoever! No frills but comfortable bed. This is a good place to stay for no frills. The bed was comfy and the TV worked. We decided on this hotel because they allow pets. We have one small dog. We didn't know they charge an extra $25 per day, plus tax. Tax on a pet fee? Yep! So the deal was not what I thought it would be. I had to ask for a coffee maker, blow dryer and any dishes, coffee cups silverware and go down and get the items myself. There is no service. The room was OK. But no shampoo? Really? They ran out and the "shampoo guy" hadn't delivered any more. Also, the front desk was frequently not staffed.
