The concept of having a complete kitchen was great; however, the hotel staff was unable to execute the concept. Requests took days to complete, and we never received the kitchen dishes or coffee maker requested the day before we checked out. And I saw the desk attendant write it down on the to-do list, so it shouldn't have been ignored. The property was nice, but the lack of a lobby space meant that everything happened in the two chairs by the front desk/elevator area including job interviews, and guests rudely holding group... read more

We had a great experience the room was very clean people also friendly and the location is perfect near resturants, pastries, gas stations and the view was breathless. I really recommend this place for your stay.
