The property was older, but mostly clean. I had occasion to use the guest laundry, and it was great (lots of machines, reasonably priced, and a big table for folding). The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I was disappointed with the "continental breakfast" as listed. It was a coffee bar with granola bars. Overall, it was a fair price for the hotel.

The location was the key as it was near my family. The room was adequate. The amenities listed a continental breakfast which ended up to be coffee, wrapped muffins, hot water for oatmeal and tea, and snack bars displayed on a piece of furniture. This was far from any continental breakfast which I have ever experienced. The kicker item was that the room had only a partial roll of toilet paper and 1 wrapped roll.
