Linen is not cleaned, internet servive is slow, and not working sometimes Room smells bad

There was mold in our sink under faucet, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to desk to check us and another customer in, cable guy had to come in while we needed privacy, rude communication when asking for cups, beds and shower had someone else’s hair in them. For $200 a night, I will not be staying here again. There was also a man in front of me who booked a room, they showed he did and they said they had no room for him. Very sad. Dirty Room I paid extra so my kitten could stay too. The bed skirt had a huge dog pee stain, I found a huge used bandage next to the bed that that kitten even stayed away from and the floor under the bed had not been cleaned for who knows how long. There were pistacio shells under the bed. Just because I have a pet does not mean I live in filth. Basically it was ADA compliant room. I was extremely grossed out.

Rude employees, hotel smelled like urine for days. Employees are extremely unfriendly and rude. Overheard 2 employees loudly and negatively discussing their co-workers in the back room behind the front desk. I requested plates and utensils and was met with an akward blank stare for several seconds before she went back to her conversation, she finally brought what the hotel advertises as a complimentary service. I found several hairs in the bathtub and was given only one towel.

Pass on this property, cheap isn't worth it. To start off, the reception clerk was not friendly. The walls are very thin, you could hear people talking in their rooms and smell their food as you walk down the hall to your room. Walls in hall way and in room were in need touch up paint due to abuse. This property seemes to cater to out of town construction workers.
