No maid service, take out your own garbage, terrible TV but at least it was snowy, no amenities in bathroom. Staff were very nice and dealing with the issues

Staff was totally rude.Acted like we were bothering her when trying to check in.Had a problem with the reservation and she was no help at all. Ended up going elsewhere to stay since this was such a bad experience and got a refund from Expedia with no problem once we explained the situation. Not impressed with hotel,cleanliness(of lobby which is all we got to see),or the the don't give a crap attitude of the staff.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I was very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We stayed here to go to a wedding, and after the wedding, we get back to the hotel around 11 and our key doesn't work. So we figure it got disabled somehow, so we go to the front desk and ask for a replacement key. That key doesn’t work either and they come try it. The door still doesn’t work. They tell us that the battery for the door is out and they have to go to the store to get new batteries. They come back and put the new batteries in and the door still won’t op... read more

Horrible don’t waste your money Horrible experience the receptionist was not friendly nor prepared when we arrived (after packing since we were moving - hence the well needed break was totally lost coming here). The room wasn’t set up and was missing basic amenities like soap. We were also not told about house keeping options so after our movers finally left we came back to another horrible situation but ended up bringing our own supplies like tissues soap etc. (items we were going to donate to a charity but this hotels inad... read more

This stay was unpleasant from the start. Not all rooms are per friendly. The WiFi barely exists unless you upgrade for a few that you must pay st the front desk because they ant just charge your room. The vending machines don’t work. The staff was rude and unfiendly. This is a first - NO ICE MACHINES! When i asked about ice machines I was told to make my own ice with the trays in my room! Walls are also paper thin and the bed is like sleeping on a rock!

Smoke smell in room from rooms below. The front desk was contacted and nothing done about person(s) smoking somewhere in the hotel with cigarette smoke coming up into my room.

Needed a room on a Friday night last minute. Staff graciously found me a room even though Expedia overbooked. Non smoking room's bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Wouldn't want an extended stay here. Lacks amenities. Rooms are NOT upscale. No luggage rack for suitcase for my non-extended stay. Clean enough for a night, but not enjoyable.

Not what I thought Hotel staff was nice , the problem I had is when I went to walk through front door front desk clerk was smoking at entrance , when she say me coming in to check in she put cigarette out , which she smelled like cigarettes checking in. Then she informed me because I am staying three nights they would not be servicing my room daily to make my bed or replenish towels, I would have to bring my dirty towels down daily and get fresh ones. Not so pleasant stay Booked for one night on business. When checking in, staff wasn't very friendly to answer my questions. I asked about the location and time of Free Breakfast in the morning, the front desk lady said we offer pots and pans, so you make your own breakfast in room. It's the third party booking site (Expedia) that lists free breakfast, but we don't really offer. Only coffee table in the morning. We went to our room, there is NO pots and pans at all.
