If you are a non smoker do not stay here!!! It was horrible, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We asked to move the first night because our non-smoking room smelt like smoke, but they were sold out and couldn't move us. The next night it was so bad like someone was blowing a cigarette in my face while I was trying to sleep. I could not subject my family or myself to this any longer, we left in the middle of the night. done stay here unless you have no where else to go when I arrived I expected to find a stocked kitchenette with coffee pot, coffee, cups, silverware, a couple of pans with utensils, et . nothing of the sort was there. had to go to desk to ask for coffee pot, cups, coffee grounds, a spoon, suger and carry themn up myself. decided not to bother the desk again to ask for pan, etc to fix my own meal. there wasn't a luggage rack for my suitcase. the apartment full sized fridge never got cold. a child's glove was found half under ... read more

Lack of services Service from staff was lacking. Rooms only get cleaned once a week and if you want clean towels you must take your dirty ones to the counter and wait for clean ones. Will not book again unless absolutely nothing available and stay in the area is a must.

Stay away Male desk clerk had disheveled, unclean, unshaven, unprofessional appearance which right away made me want to change hotels. Room tables, desks and countertops were dirty and dusty. Female desk clerk was kind, professional and went out of her way to help.

Worst Stay I've Had In YEARS The hotel was under construction, which wasn't advised during the booking, so the laundry facilities were not available, which was something I called about in advance and was told they were. My room reeked of curry. The bathroom fan rattled so hard that it literally shook itself out of it's casing and almost crashed on my head while I was standing there. Horrible service No one was at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait for fifteen minutes before anyone showed up tocheck us in. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. I would definitely not reccomend this hotel.

Great staff, rooms need a facelift I stayed here with my son when we attended the air races. We were greeted by a very friendly and informative staff, but when we got to our room it was very diapppinting. The room need paint. The bedding seemed ages old, clean but old and the bed itself was hard as a room. It was suppose to be a queen butt I'm pretty sure it was a standard or double. Now I did book late and had to take a smoking room, but don't even smokers like a clean room?

Overnight in Reno... We stayed for one night, which is not likely their target demographic. The first room had food in the bed still from (I presume) the previous tenant, however, they were quick to switch us rooms, promising that they would clean it up. The hotel was pretty basic. No frills. Spacious rooms though and it does have a kitchenette area.
