The hotel was very loud. People were talking in the hallways, knocking on doors, etc. until 4AM. The regular wi-fi was so slow I couldn't even check my web-based work email.

Large room. That’s the best thing about the place. No coffee maker, glasses or hair dryer. Tissues could be used to remove rust.

Lookout for that woman! Day person at counter was rude aggressive and beyond unprofessional. We dreaded any chance she was at the counter because she yelled at my boyfriend each time about fictitious things. Parking, wanted to bill me for a 4th night when I booked only 3, used hotels.com this was on our 1st day there so she was unbelievable. She tried to hassle us over our dogs too. She made our weekend stressful and we were cautious on coming and going hoping to avoid her seeing us and giving her a chance to attack again

Staff MIA when you need them. Elevator seems like it’s seen better days. Kitchen empty until you go to the desk and stock it yourself. No laundry service. Would not recommend staying here

They were short staffed so we had to wait more then 30minutes past our check in time to check in, also the tv channels through out the whole hotel were not working so it was just not a good experience after I drove 12hours to get there

The power was out when I arrived and they made no effort to assure me that my reservation could be honored, so I left.

What good is it to have a kitchen if the cabinets are empty?! The front staff grudgingly gave me one plate cup, fork, knife and spoon. All coffee pots and cooking pans were already given to other guests. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in the room! The morning "grab and go coffee bar" was out of coffee and at 7 am i. The morning only had 6 packaged muffins left.
