Bare bones. No coffee maker. No hair dryer.

No coffee in room, staff ignores you, laundry in lobby.

May main reason for the negative review was the attitude of the staff. Terrible experience. Incredibly rude.

Dirty, broken stuff We did not have a great experience here. Wouldnt let us check in on time. Had to wait and hour. Broken a/c unit. Microwave didnt work. Dirty bathroom. We were not impressed and will not be back

Don't stay here The outside appears nice in the daylight. The man at the front desk was nice but as soon as I walked in the door I was scared to see the room. Once we got into the room my husband said, we are not staying here. The room was gross and there were questionable people inside and out. Seemed like people were living out of the rooms. One door was even decorated for Halloween as we passed by and the roof in the hallway was missing tiles and exposing electrical wires. When we carted our luggage into the room, it was ... read more

No maid service, take out your own garbage, terrible TV but at least it was snowy, no amenities in bathroom. Staff were very nice and dealing with the issues

Staff was totally rude.Acted like we were bothering her when trying to check in.Had a problem with the reservation and she was no help at all. Ended up going elsewhere to stay since this was such a bad experience and got a refund from Expedia with no problem once we explained the situation. Not impressed with hotel,cleanliness(of lobby which is all we got to see),or the the don't give a crap attitude of the staff.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
