TERRIBLE Bathroom was filthy! When I told the front desk, they only said "ok, we will make note of it".

NO Breakfast as advertised and HARD Bed Advertised with a complimentary breakfast. There is NO restaurant. The breakfast is a pre-wrapped muffin, apples, granola bars and instant packaged oatmeal and coffee. Really no service to speak of. Rooms are clean but the bed is beyond firm.

Yikes!!!!!' Only kingsize room had terrible odor so had to settle for queen size. Also "grab and go" breakfast was not coffee and muffins and fruit as was told by staff but just coffee and hada basket of apples. Will not stay here again

NO. Extended Stay America Reno - South Meadows The place is pretty run down throughout the hallways and the rooms are dreary. There are no amenities. Only bar soap and T.P. No shampoo, lotion or hair dryers in the rooms. No extra blankets or pillows in the rooms. For the hair dryer I had to go down to the desk and get it myself. They only had full size extra blankets and I had to go down to the desk and pick up the extra blanket. Other than the one person who checked us in no one else even acknowledged our presence. Never again After a 12 hour drive with my daughter, I just wanted to sleep. The mattress was VERY worn but I was not in the mood to go back to the office and complain. We then found what looked to be a washed cigarette butt on the comforter. In the morning when I went to shower, the bathroom was disgusting! The baseboard looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was pubic hair in the corners and black hairs on the floor. ( I have light brown and blonde hair as does my daughter.) Warning no maid service I got a smoking room and I am a non smoker. The chair had cigarete burns on chair. I was surprised that the room was not serviced bed was not made

Great location, good choice! My friend and I stayied at the Extended Stay America in Reno for New Year's Eve (from Dec 30- Jan 1) and It was a GREAT choice. The location was perfect. It was around the corner from the main road that lead to casinos, but it wasn't actually on the strip, so it was away from all the chaos. The location was also really nice, next to resteraunts and stores and just a nicer neighberhood in general. my boyfriend and I worked all night till 6am in san francisco. we picked up my kids and made the 4 hour drive to south reno, hoping to check in early and get a nap. upon arrival one of us was sick from the motion of the car ride. i walked in to registration asked the clerk behind the counter if we could check in early and explained our situation. the clerk went to the computer to pull up if there were any rooms available. before she could see what they had. the manager interrupted rudely and said no! we have no rooms availab... read more
