bad service and experience 1am someone knocked at our door telling us she is from extended stay america and to bring our kids down at 9am. we complained at front desk at 8am about the encounter at 1am and the employee was the one mad because he feels we are accussing them but we just tried to tell them about the incident so they are aware but no apology was given to us ad he was rude. no housekeeping if you stay less than a week. you take out your trash yourself and bring down dirty towels. we complained that our chair and t... read more

No room service. Poor quality mini breakfast. Substandard air conditioning and heating. Rude staff.

Not a good stay My sheets were never changed. Stuff left in the hallways. things breaking.

The amenities do not justify the cost in my mind. It as convenient for our particular situation. The front desk staff was not particularly friendly or professional.

Not good for corporate stay I made this reservation for a new employee that was in town for training. She was anything BUT pleased. Rooms were outdated and unclean. Bad overall atmosphere. Will not utilize this facility in the future. The same employee is in town this week for more training... I made her reservation (for the week) next door at the Residence Inn.

Not doing that again My girlfriend went downstairs at 9:45AM to find some coffee. There was only half a cup left out of the 3 thermoses, so she went to the front desk to ask if they were brewing more. The employees were arguing in the back office, and when an employee finally came out he was very rude and snapped at her that breakfast ended at 9:30. Worst Extended Stay!! The room looked like someone threw a bunch of hand-me-down furniture together. The staff while we were there should NOT have "people jobs"!!!! We went down to get dishes & another blanket for our room... 1 gentleman completely ignored us, and the one that did "help" us apparently was unable to grunt more than one or two words at a time! Bare bones Be prepared, you are renting a bed, a TV and a shower. You need to request anything else such as a hairdryer, a cup for water, etc. I paid extra for a non-smoking room (which is ridiculous) and my room smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Every time I came into the room, I had to immediately open the windows to air out the smell.

Nothing Fancy This hotel was more like a $59/night hotel and we paid $158. Very "Plain Jane".
