Do not stay here Continental Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and granola bars. Everything was tight.

Very Unhappy Guest. Although the size of the room was large and it was convent having a kitchen in the unit. However, in order to obtain the utensils you need to ask for it. They were sectioned off in their brochure. We had never stayed at a hotel like this before so we did not know we needed to ask for pots & pans, along with eating utensils. NOT HAPPY WAS NOT HAPPY WITH OUR STAY WHATSOEVER. WE WERE BOOKED WITH A KING ROOM, BUT ON THE DAY OF OUR ARRIVAL WERE NOTIFIED THAT THEY COULD NOT ACCOMADATE US. WAS TOLD ONLY QUEEN WAS AVAILABLE. YET WHEN I TALKED WITH YOU GUYS AT EXPEDIA WAS NOT SATISFIED THERE EITHER. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME THE NEXT DAY WITH THE NEW RATE THAT YOU RECEIVED FROM THE MOTEL. nice staff but a very low-budget property I chose this hotel because I had a very brief stay in Reno after arriving on a late flight on a holiday weekend. The building looked fine from the parking lot but that changed when I entered the property. The front doors were very hard to open while hauling luggage (not automatic doors) and they banged shut quickly and were poorly maintained. The free WiFi was almost useless because of slow speed. Just a come-on to get the user to upgrade the paid WiFi. The room was dirty. Layers of dust on the phone. Light bulbs in the table lamps looked like they were growing hair. Had to check out early. Couldn't get receipt. The night laundry person was the only one on site and couldn't produce a check-out receipt. No ice available.

Thumbs down for Extended Stay America Reno We were staying for 1 night only and did not feel comfortable. Bed was not comfortable at all. I do not recommend staying here. Front desk person was courteous but the front desk person during the day did not seem friendly at all, felt like we were bothering him during check out. Will never recommend or go to another Extended Stay America again!

Stop off on the way to Tahoe We were driving frm Seattle to Lake Tahoe to ski and stopped here in Reno.We didn't realize this motel had smoking room on the same floors as the nonsmoking rooms. breakfast was very minimal. it was quiet
