When the guest arrived at the hotel with his confirmation number they were overbooked and did not have a room for him even thought it had already been paid for with a credit card. Unfortunately it was an extremely busy weekend and there were no other hotel rooms available so he was unable to obtain lodging that night.

Couldn't check in or get into the hotel late. I requested a late check in. When i showed up, no one was there to let me in. No one answered the attendant phone in the lobby. There was no key left for me in a lockbox. I took close to two hours to even get annyone from Extended Stay on the phone. And all they did was call the hotel to also not getn an answer. I had to stay someplace else, at great cost. The manager was very nice and called me the next morning to promise that I would be refunded. But two weeks later, I've check... read more

You get what you pay for. Breakfast included is a cart with coffee, hot water, fruit, packaged oatmeal. The picture on website is nothing at all like the real thing. The room had a peculiar odor. Kitchenette comes with no dishes, glasses, utensils. We checked out after the first night.

Okay Stay It was "okay" for our stay. The breakfast was "on the go" breakfast, i.e., instant oatmeal, and pre-packaged muffins, and granola bars with Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Older than the pictures reveal. The outside of the hotel and the lobby were clean and updated but the rooms are very outdated. You couldn't tell from the posted pictures - the rooms looked very nice. Inside, they looked old and outdated. I saw more than one room because the first room they put me in was obviously a smoking room, so I moved. The walls are white and you could see different finishes of paint where they have touched up - part flat part gloss paint. Furniture and bed older - outdated.

Low Quality Hotel Stinks of Smoke Mistakenly rented a smoking room, I didn't know they still existed. Room stunk of smoke terribly, the entire third floor to be exact. They allow pets so get used to barking dogs at all hours, Cont Breakfast, was a joke snack bar and warm coffee, two old crusty front desk people, 1 week stay, no room cleaning, requested TP & Towels after day 5. internet speed sucked was close to dial up speed if that even exists anymore, they have an option to pay for real internet speed at additional. Smoking room... We wanted a non smoking room and they refused to give us a non smoking room. We booked a non smoking room.

Rooms are not clean Long black hair was everywhere- bathroom floor, in the bed, in the kitchen, etc. Room was organized (bed was made, everything worked, etc) but not clean.
