Cigarette Smoke smell. This hotel has almost what I'd be looking for in this type of property. Almost, but it must have been a smoking hotel. I selected this location based on their posting it was a nonsmoking hotel.

We stayed here because it was dog friendly and we had 5 people. There were stains on the carpet, the pull out couch mattress was stained badly. There was also a few of some type of insects in the room. The outside area people did not clean up their dog poop and there were cigarette butts everywhere.

Very clean and friendly staff
The room was nice and the staff was helpful. The property misleads people into reserving and staying there by saying they have amenities such as laundry facilities but they don't have laundry facilities. I was planning to stay there long term but I didn't have a car to go to the laundromat they were sending people to. Also, the key cards work great to get into your room but they do not work to get into the building. This was a huge inconvience.

This complex really need to update their key entry system. Myself as well as several people who live at this hotel got locked out of the building several times because the key cards don't work properly. One guest said that "its just like that". it took me 20min to get back into the hotel when i went to the store. This is the only problem but it is a HUGE problem. I will not be staying here again.
