The property did not match the pictures on the website. It was very dated. Our room was missing several items that we had to request

The front desk service was friendly and accomodating but ammeninities were a little disappointing. Could not get plastic forks, straws, or coffee filters for coffee machine that was advertised that you could request. Our room had bugs in it - more than just a few, too.

Quiet and convenient but front desk was understaffed, it was very dark outside (hard to even see the sign), and the common areas (stairs and hallways) needed cleaning.

Stayed with my husband and 3 children over thanksgiving holiday. Overall the stay was okay and the staff was helpful and friendly but the room is in need of upkeep and maintenance. Carpet is stained and worn, paint peeling off the wall in places, oven door was broken off the hinges. Not sure if I would go back.

This was not like other Extended Stay places we have encountered. We couldn't find the office at first, because there was no signage. When we checked in, we were given a third floor room, and the front desk clerk said we were lucky because the elevator was working in our section of the building. The property looked dirty (carpets in hallways and room were stained and worn, walls and doors were grimy, outside picnic area had no grass and overflowing trash can).
