Great experience Overall it was very clean and comfy. The room was spacious for a family, the service and staff were nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One thing that was misleading though, I booked it with free breakfast included. However, It turned out that the hotel stopped offering breakfast since the pandemic. So this is something that people should be aware of, and for hotel.com to update.

Outdated The property is outdated and the walls are super thin. I found bugs in the bathtub and getting hot water is near impossible. Next time I will pay more and stay at a nicer place. The bed sheets feel like rough plastic and nothing about the bed is comfortable.
