They need to improve a pet policy and not to allow pets stay in rooms unattended.

Wonderful Staff and a Nice Hotel The staff was wonderful -- very helpful and very friendly. The hallways and carpeting are pretty old and could use a facelift, but my room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also nice and it was more than just a continental breakfast. There were eggs the morning I was there. I would happily stay here again.

You won't want to sleep on the Pull out sofa My husband and I were traveling with our teenaged son to visit Univ. of Richmond. As such, we needed a room to sleep three. The pull out sofa sounded like a reasonable option for one night when I booked this room; however, it turns out that it was very old and in bad shape with a torn and old stained sheet attached (which we removed immediately and got a new set of sheets). Excellent stay, excellent rates! Excellent service, extremely clean room with furnished appliances and dishes. Very close to being in the comfort of one's own home. I would highly recommend a stay! Doubt you'll be disappointed

The shower had mold, and the silverware in the kitchen was dirty! The “neighbors” were extremely loud, not sure if people “live” there on a regular basis!
