Do not stay here! everything was awful! Got zero sleep. Completely terrible in every way. Will never ever stay at extended stay again! I'll stick with courtyard always! Pay the extra $$ to get clean, comfort, quiet and normal people around.

The lobby to the unit extremely dirty, stain carpet, trash on the floor, room was clean but dark and aged furniture. None of the TV’s work, very disappointed 😔 will never stay or consider staying at another Extended Stay. The check in person gave me All these rules or I would be fine a ranging from 150.00 to 250.00. Please take them off your list. I should have been giving a refund

The hotel was overbooked and I was unable to stay here as a result. The hotel found me another place to stay, but it cost an hour of my time. I specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity to a testing site where I took a very difficult exam the following morning. The time I lost in being located to another hotel was meant to be used for studying for the exam.

Absolutely do not stay here We were only staying for about 14 hours (check-in at 3:00 PM and checked out at 4:30 AM) with several hours out of the room for other activities. If it were actually in the room any longer than the few hours we were there we would have left anyway. The room, hallways, stairways, outside door areas - all disgusting. Trash, stuff, gross. I booked this hotel in hopes to have a great weekend there. The hotel did not provide any towels, hand towels or pots and pans during my entire stay. I had to go to Walmart to but wash clothes and towels for me and my family to use. And when I ask the front desk for some they informed me that they didn’t have any to give me. The room has no towels. Towel bar broken pff the wall. The fridge was not cleaned and had previous guests food and open cup of coffee or cocoa in it. It smelled like smoke and it’s supposed to a non-smoking room.

The first room we were given had dirty dishes in the kitchen, a terrible smell, and an open granola bar on one of the beds. The second room was better but still wasn’t as clean as you would like it to be. The elevators didn’t work, the people in the room beside us played loud music until 4am, and you could hear people running and screaming in the hallway all night.
