When we arrived we didn’t have hot water to shower like for 3 hours

Great place to stay for a short or long term. This facility is always clean and expect fir a few guest outside smoking and talking loudly, it's very quiet. The staff is Super Friendly, polite, and professional. From the front desk to the cleaning and maintenance staff, it was a pleasure.

No Breakfast When we checked in I asked if there was breakfast, and the desk clerk said there was a Grab and Go breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. When I went down at 7:30 am to get our breakfast the clerk said they were out. If she had told me when we checked there would not be any breakfast, I would have goner to the store and bought something for the morning morning, but instead when we were pressed for time, we had to figure out where to get something to eat. No coffee maker, no safe & etc…

Clean and helpful staff. But feels unsafe with homeless people- about 2 or 3- in and around the property.
Not much options Not too much options for getting food in walking distance. The breakfast to go as advertised was non-existent. Costs too much compared to services provided.
