My second time in 3 months staying at this property. Sorry i didnt get her name, but the day shift front desk younger female with long dark hair and glasses is so AMAZING 3 months ago as well as this past weekend. Very disappointed this weekend when we called down in the evening to get new towels and they informed us that WE had to bring our old towels down and exchange for new ones. They did not do that 3 months ago. While i was in the shower my mother and daughter had to get dress and go downstairs to exchange the towels. ... read more
