My stay was nice. they let me check in 2 hours early.. only 2 small problems remote didnt work and my key card malfunctioned. overall i enjoyed my stay!! : )

Room smelled like SMOKE! Ask for remodeled room! Room was one of the older rooms not remodeled. Other family members that went got a newer room. Smelled very strong of smoke. Wanted a room on the first floor due to back issues. Said they didn't have one. Family came later and they gave them a downstair room.

Not the best choice The hotel overall was in a convenient location and the room was clean at check in. However, I was told by front desk that housekeeping only clean the rooms once every four days. That's totally unacceptable for hotel service, especially when I work for a hotel myself. Also the chair inside my room was broken. Since when has it become a quality of service to have broken furniture inside the room. The mattress was also as hard as a brick making it very difficult to sleep comfortably.

Fair enough The Extended Stay America Richmond - Hilltop Mall is affordable, clean, and handy, near my business stays. The night staff is courteous enough. Never a problem w/ ck in or out.

NOT BAD AT ALL EASILY LOCATED OFF 80. CHECK IN PROCESS WAS QUICK AND EASY. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. IT'S A LOWER CLASS HOTEL SO YOU CAN'T EXPECT TOO MUCH. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND KITCHEN WAS CONVENIENT. DECENT PLACE IF YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO CRASH FOR THE NIGHT. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

GREAT LOCATION EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BUT THE REFRIGERATOR ROARED ALL NIGHT LONG WHEN IT WAS RUNNING.

The Staff was GREAT! My partner and I have a long distance relationship and get together on the weekends. We look for a place that is reasonable and comfortable with the amenities of "home". For the most part we received that during our stay. I think the television was the biggest disappointment; it was very small and had no way to hook up our dvd player. That would be the only thing to keep us from going back. The best part of our stay was the staff. They are very friendly and helpful!
