extended stay america - hilltop For the money, this was a reasonable place to stay. It had free parking. It is close to a large mall. Although Richmond is supposedly a rough area, the area around the hotel was fine. The hotel is not fancy or new but was fine for a short stay at a good price. Check in and check out was quick.
close to freeway friendly and not nosey i made a reservation for a signature room and ended up with a standard. but other than that i was very pleased with my overall stay.
Extended Stay, Hilltop mall This place has a good location near a shopping center. There is some work that needs to be done like getting better insulation between rooms because I could hear people taking showers upstairs and people talking next door. The bed was also very loud and lots of creaks. Despite it's disadvantages, it was relatively clean and orderly but if you expect to get some good nights rest, this may not be the best place.

Love this place This is the second time my fiancee and I stayed here. It's a bit pricey compared to other places we've stayed, but is worth the extra $$. The room was super big and everything in the kitchen was in great working order (although the cleaning staff forgot to put the frying pan back in our room after cleaning the room). It's nice to have a place to stay with a REAL refrigerator and to be able to cook a decent meal without buying all microwavable dinners. Great place to stay for the price The staff a was very profession and call me by my name everytime and always ask was everything was fine with the room. They made me fill a home and comfortable at all time and I will always stay at their hotel always
