On way to vacation Great customer service. Wish rooms were a little cleaner, especially bed and carpet. Overall, decent stay.

Richmond Folk Fest We were late to the party and needed a place to stay. Extended Stay American fit the bill. Lovely room. Friendly staff.

Centrally located to Downtown Richmond and I 64 The staff / Dominique while checking in had a beautiful smile and very knowledgeable about the amenities.

Not a bad place great location Hallways smell like smoke like an old bar Staff was fine and room fairly clean
