It was ok a little disappointed Everytime walk u p front now one at front desk didn't like that!! TV didn't have very many channels but room was nice

Like Home The room was really spacious with a full kitchen. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the place and the roomie sitting area for company. Felt like home.

Hotel staff Hotel staff Raquel was amazing, she's everything you look for in any professional staff member and a qualified person in the front of the hotel, she was very attentive, she was very compassionate and she was professional I can't say enough good things about this young lady

Comfortable place! I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was like a small apartment with a kitchen. If I'm ever in Richmond again I will defiantly stay there again.

Waited 30 minutes to get someone to check us in at 9 pm. Had to go to an adjoining facility to get someone to find the person on duty. The person was called and said he was on break off grounds and could be back in 15 min. Was initially told to go somewhere else and call customer service in the am. Trrrible
