Opportunities The main concern that I had what the smell the room had.With people cooking all around,my room was left with a small of noodles. The bathroom was"disinfected" with clorox and the smell was extremely strong. The continental Breakfast was just ok ( No I was not expecting anything extravagant ) a few more different pastries would have been more acceptable

Safe and the price was reasonable. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room Review The room itself was sufficient. The floors did not look like they had been vacuumed. I wiped down the room and it was not sufficiently dusted. It was convenient to where I needed to go. It depended on the staff for good customer service. When I arrived the Receptionist was nice. Called later that evening could not get in touch but later on in the morning so I did not call back until the next morning. Weeks vacation to explore central Virginia We booked this room for a week 6 months in advance as a non-smoking room but when we arrived we were told there was nothing available but smoking rooms. We took it and the smoke smell was not too noticeable so we stayed there for the week. We were then told that we got room cleaning service one a week and could pick the day. disapointed When I got there I was told they didn't have my reservation, even though it was played in full. I was told they didn't have a king size bed like I requested and paid for and that they could give me a queen size bed. I said it was ok and I asked for a credit since I had paid for something else. I was told that I needed to contact the website were I booked the room and they will issue me a refund, not true. The hallways a creepy but overall they are ok

not too far from king's dominion Room's smelled liked fresh air was needed. The breakfast is fruit and oatmeal. bathroom dirty and in need of r eal cleaning. bed was somewhat comfy. it worked for a bargAIN SHOPPER.. LAST MINUTE TRIP I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Business Trip Brief stay in Richmond for business. Good location to where I needed to be. Safe area with plenty of free parking. Room was nice with fridge and mini kitchen. Very Clean. Free wifi. Breakfast was basics. Overall very good value for your money. Would stay there again.
