Very convenient, comfortable location The location was excellent for I had several meetings in various parts of the city and it was nice to be able to check back at the hotel in between meetings. One of my favorite seafood restaurants is right across the street.
Good Enough The hotel location is very convenient as it is across a KMart and has a restaurant that serves a good breakfast only a few steps away. The pool was closed when we visited and the reception is only open up to 11pm. After that, you need your hotel key to get in as nobody is at the lobby. If you step out to the pool area, be sure you have your key with you as the door locks after you. The breakfast included in the rate is just bagels, spread and coffee.

great stay great place to stay for richmond race weekend
Great Location for the "race" This hotel was great for location for the NASCAR race and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. We stayed two nights and the only criticism I have is that they didn't come in and clean our room or even refresh our towels or coffee supplies. Other than that it was great and would definitely stay there again next year. Great price too!!
Good room for a good price My stay was very nice although I was at RIR most of the time. It had a full kitchen which was a bonus. The only thing is the don't provide shampoo and you have to ask for extra towels for the next day if you do not reuse. They don't have a daily maid service, but I din't mind keeping my room straight anyway. I booked it again for my next stay in Richmond.
Rude ppl in front desk and they act like they don’t want to help you & all the times we’re there there’s NO water running HOT AND the AC doesn’t work & they don’t want to fix it or accommodate you for their mistakes
