Poor quality This hotel is very poor quality. It smells bad and the service is poor.

I was extremely disappointed with what they call a breakfast. Coffee tastes like hot brown water.

Terrible experience. I came into town and stayed at the hotel with my son who goes to school at University of Richmond. The hotel room had a terrible odour, it was very noisy (people yelling at all hours of the day) and on Saturday there were 4 police cars covering the front entrance. When I asked the front desk about what was going on they could not and would not disclose what was going on. I feared for our safety and pushed items in front of the door when we were asleep. No one was at the front desk. Waited for someone to come for over 30 minutes

Have us wrong room. We booked a month ago two beds. The overbooked and only had a room with one bed and a sofà. We found some cockroaches in room. Microwave was dirty and refrige was dirty. First staff member was not help ful. The other staff member was wonderful and we told her the next day we would be checking out and stating somewhere else. She refunded our money and was sorry we were not happy.

Front desk clerk said I had no reservation.. made reservation by 12 but didn’t arrive until about 6 so reservation should have been showing. I had to pay extra unexpected money which took away from my budget for something else. The property was ok but the clerk after being shown by my email and Expedia that the reservation was confirmed was not helpful and unapologetic. I deserve a free nights stay for the disturbing and upsetting and unexpected inconvenience!!!!
