Have us wrong room. We booked a month ago two beds. The overbooked and only had a room with one bed and a sofà. We found some cockroaches in room. Microwave was dirty and refrige was dirty. First staff member was not help ful. The other staff member was wonderful and we told her the next day we would be checking out and stating somewhere else. She refunded our money and was sorry we were not happy.

Front desk clerk said I had no reservation.. made reservation by 12 but didn’t arrive until about 6 so reservation should have been showing. I had to pay extra unexpected money which took away from my budget for something else. The property was ok but the clerk after being shown by my email and Expedia that the reservation was confirmed was not helpful and unapologetic. I deserve a free nights stay for the disturbing and upsetting and unexpected inconvenience!!!!

The property is okay but the room and microwave smelled like burnt food and there were droplets of blood on the bathroom floor.

I know there is a lot of pressure on housekeeping these days, but the room was gross. There was trash on the floor and it smelled like smoke. Front desk usually doesn't even look up when folks walk in. Wouldn't recommend unless you have an emergency.
