Shouldn’t say free breakfast included as granola bars are not breakfast. Can’t imagine the room had been cleaned this year. Maybe I’m the problem, but I won’t be staying at another extended stay again

After driving for 2h30 with my wife and 6 months daughter , reached the property by 2 am my reservation for 2 nights has been cancelled for no reasons while I have contacted the property regarding my late arrival. I had to find a new place a 3am in Richmond I will never used this place again as well as expedia

Not a first choice due to cleanliness. The bath faucet had the chrome rubbed off so the plastic base shows. Shows the care and upkeep. My wife said the floor was sticky on her side of the bed. The breakfast was what they called grab and go. Small convenience stop muffin and coffee. The hot water for tea was not hot and it tasted like coffee. The room is badly lit. The property listed breakfast. All they had was regular coffee and a small packaged muffin. Nothing else and no decaffeinated coffee. no coffee maker in the room. The reception person was nowhere to be found when I was checking out. So, I just left and couldn't get a bill.

Upon arriving the front desk staff was so nice. I could tell the hotel was worn and older but as long its clean. I got relocated here from expedia as my Marriott reservation got canceled. This was the dirtiest hotel i have stayed in. I didn’t even want to take a shower as it was chipped paint and dirt. Also have noticed bug not only in bathroom but coming in and out of the wall boards. My sheets are stained and black stuff on the bed comforter and floor. I think is coming from the AC units.
