Not accommodating with regards to my discomfort with the noisy refrigerator. The only reason I chose this property was so I could use the kitchen particularly the refrigerator but I had to unplug it so I could get some sleep. Thus, I had to make other less accommodating arrangements to do what I needed to do.

Horrible Horrible person at front desk went missing at 11 and we couldn’t get sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and my kids were not comfortable the couch was not cleaned and crumbs was in the bed when we pulled it out

Shouldn’t say free breakfast included as granola bars are not breakfast. Can’t imagine the room had been cleaned this year. Maybe I’m the problem, but I won’t be staying at another extended stay again

After driving for 2h30 with my wife and 6 months daughter , reached the property by 2 am my reservation for 2 nights has been cancelled for no reasons while I have contacted the property regarding my late arrival. I had to find a new place a 3am in Richmond I will never used this place again as well as expedia

Not a first choice due to cleanliness. The bath faucet had the chrome rubbed off so the plastic base shows. Shows the care and upkeep. My wife said the floor was sticky on her side of the bed. The breakfast was what they called grab and go. Small convenience stop muffin and coffee. The hot water for tea was not hot and it tasted like coffee. The room is badly lit.
