The night front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating! I however had the worst experience I have ever had at an hotel feom day one. When I checked in a male front desk agent showed me my room I then accepted conditions and he gave me my keys. I then left to go grocery shopping came back to discover that my room had been occupied by another customer. So I was issued another room. Disappointed in check-in. Was informed there would be Veterans Day discount but the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge it. Charged me additional for a service animal.

The elevator is not working and there is no breakfast only a muffin and coffee. The property has limited pots and utensils. I would suggest you to bring your own.

So many things were broken. The elevator didn’t work. We were on the third floor. The first room we had had a refrigerator unplugged just sitting in the middle of the room. The next room was super hot and we were unable to cool it down. The way it was set up you couldn’t open the refrigerator without cramming your hand between the appliance and the wall. Almost unopenable. The fan in the bathroom made a loud unpleasant sound the whole time.
