I didn’t stay the night, I couldn’t get comfortable in a dirty room.
Terrible service We arrived at the hotel and were told that our reservation was canceled. I asked why it was canceled and was told our card was declined. However, when I made the reservation, I did not give any payment as I had selected “pay at check-in.” We were not notified of the cancellation prior to checkin and we were told there were no other rooms available.
Not very good experience at this one Room wasn't clean like was stated at the desk. Toilet we had to flush 2 to 3 times in order for toilet paper to go down. Stains on carpet and counter top was coming apart from the wall. Will be staying at this hotel again.
The property NEEDS an updated,kitchen cabinet are old,no light in the bathroom,faucets in the shower and kitchen sink are leaking,lamp in the room was falling and the light bulb was hold by a ribbon and the breakfast was only coffee and muffin and the property outside was dirty
