The room smelled horrible and was not clean. The TV didn't work. When asked about the TV service, it was due to weather...but the weather didn't affect other places with TV, i.e. I went to the Hampton Inn and all was fine. The guy at the counter was very nice to refund my fee but that is the best thing about my encounter here.

Not recommended. Dirty towels and feels unsafe. Dirty towels. Room looks/feels unclean. Does not feel safe. Loud door banging from neighbors.

unpleasant experience This was the worst time of my trip. I stayed on the second floor and forgot to close the door and go downstairs. Someone stole a bag. I lost a lot of clothes and important items because the hotel did not install a camera on the second floor.

BEDBUGS Left less than 2 hours after checking in due to BEDBUGS!!! Still haven't been refunded....

Will not return The smoke smell inside my room was very strong especially in the bathroom. I closed the bathroom door at night and when I opened it, the smell was as strong as someone smoking in front of you. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work. The other “guests” made me feel uneasy when I was walking to and from my car, one even asked me to smoke a joint with him. And lastly the noise was terrible, I get up before 5 am when I work and the people all around me were very noisy well past midnight.

Although they have a non-smoking policy the room smell like cigarretts
