Request that you remove this hotel from your list. I am not even sure what level to rate it, I could not sleep in the bed due to bed bugs.
Carpets nasty, microwave looks like it’s from 50 yrs ago. Room smells like smoke, I could barely breathe! We requested another room, it smelled like smoke also just not as bad as the first! No kitchen ware available. To get new towels, u have to take the old ones to the office. We stayed at another hotel even tho our booking with them was non refundable! Never again will I make this mistake
Disgusting, smells, not worth the value This place couldnt have been any more disgusting and under maintained. The minute we opened our door, we were wafted with cigarette/weed smoke. The smell never went away. The carpets were filthy. The bathroom counters were not clean. Walls are paper thin so every noise we could hear. People were coming in and out of rooms all night long. Will never come back here and will make sure to tell others not to come either. While it was very cheap to stay, not worth it at all.
Booked a two bed room and only got a one bed. The room was dirty and smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bathroom was dirty. Overall wasn’t very pleased.
Very Unhappy with the service I did arrive after hours, but my room was sold. When I tried to get my room refunded through Hotels.com, the clerk was difficult to deal with answering the phone. His comment was that I should have called to make sure there was a room. Given that I booked this two weeks in advance, I should have had a room available.
I did not like anything in regards to this property. It is much better at the 6807 Paragon property. Breakfast was lousy and the tenants at this property were "shady". Will never come to this Extended Stay again!!!
