Ha. People above my room let kids do whatever they wanted. Horrible experience. After I called management they calmed it down. After four hours of constant noise. I have pic of my upgrade.

A hotel of Hidden fees !! I was surprised to be charged $45.32 for the early check in. although i was not advised that there are charges against early check in. This has not happened with me with other hotels when I used to check in earlier. At this hotel, I checked in at 9 am and just a couple of minutes before the clerk, Omid, took my credit card. Unorganized bad customer service When I arrived I was told there were no more rooms. I said I had I already booked and the front desk attendant asked me when and I showed him the email confirmation. He said there must be an error because we dont have any more rooms left. It was past 11pm and I asked what next? He shuffled around the office then stared at a screen.
