Bad version of Goldilocks The hostess was pleasant....that was about all that was good. My family had arrived around 9P into this hotel after a long 300-mile drive to get to this area. There are trash cans and trash all over the complex. The first room they assigned us was located on the third floor. As we gather our luggage and go to the solitary elevator, it was out of service. I made a bad choice. The room I booked was a non smoking room. However, the room I was given had a very strong odor of cigarettes. I called the front desk and explained the situation and to ensure I was not charged for room cleaning services. The odor was strongest in the bathroom/shower area of the room. The stay at this hotel was very unpleasent and I would not recommend this hotel to another guest. Their are many other hotels in the area that are much better.

Terrible Welcome I made reservation through Expedia but I received a terrible service from the hotel. My past experience with the hotel was but this one was is really bad.

Don’t be Fooled by Ad There were no plastic drinking cups in the room. No hair dryer..breakfast was a joke..oatmeal packets but no bowls...I thought I was staying in the building across the way..not a motel. The only good thing was it was quiet at night.

Disgusting. Staff was nice. The place wasn't. Absolutely disgusting. Showers were so dirty. Nothing updated. Loud music all night. Cigarette butts in the room on the floor. Sheets were so disgusting we bought sleeping bags. Horrible. Luckily it was only one night. Never again.

I made a reservation thru Expedia.com. I just checked my credit card and see that I was charged twice for the room. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the second charge. HOWEVER, When I arrived at the hotel on 9/9/17 at approx 10:30 pm there was no one at the check-in desk. I called out "Hello, is anyone there?" three times, but got no response. I waited several minutes then used the desk phone to call the hotel. I let it ring numerous times, but no one appeared. I tried calling 2 more times with the same result. ... read more

Dirty, you have to haul your kitchen supplies, door didn't lock. Nice people, somewhat rough location, room was very tired and not very clean. No supplies, not even coffee maker, hair dryer let alone kitchen supplies. We had to go haul a bucket of it all up to our room. Door lock would not line up, 11pm was too late to switch. The door safety bar sufficed but daylight was coming thru. Deceiving ratings on your website. Won't be back.
