The location is in a decent place. Just disturbing knocks on my door all night was not cool

Quality of the room 4/10. We moved rooms twice and appliances were still outdated, with dirty carpeting and neglected bathrooms. The surrounding area gets a 8/10 plenty to do. Staffing also gets 8/10 not too professional and chose to give reused/broken room keys repeatedly.

the walls were thin and you could hear people in the next room. towel rack in the bathroom was coming off the wall.

Cant get enough of this place. My go-to when i need to just get away and have peace. Staff always nice and professional and rooms are always cozy. If you need to just get away, Extended Stay America is the place to go.
