The breakfast is actually just a cabinet of granola bars and packets of oatmeal. Across from our room, till after midnight, there were three guys who looked like gang members, sitting in the hall outside their door and on the hall windowsill making it very uncomfortable. Neither of us would leave our room without the other. Overall, just seemed to not be a very secure neighborhood and definitely a low budget area of Rochester.

The wifi is horrible continually kicks you out You cant stream unless you pay 5 dollars a day extra. Breakfast is a packaged muffin or instant iat meal. Full kitchen doesnt have anything in it snf you have to go to the desk for the items for the kitchen. Our rpom door 106 couldnt be deadbolted because it was broken. The agent who checked us in said she would give us a 10% discount on the room but we didnt receive that either. Very unhappy about thus visit.

Place should be condemned What a dump I felt I went back to 1979 and was visiting my 85 year old grandmother in her Brooklyn apartment

Given a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Had to go back to lobby and request a new room. New room had a door that wasn’t flush with the door jam so could clearly hear people outside of the room. Lobby smelled like smoke and rooms smelled stale. They could definetly use a major cleaning.

Worst room ever Wet sheets, they moved us to another room, dirty hall, tv in new room didnt work.

Disappointed Spent 3 total nights, Thu, Fri and Sunday. Floor that was dirty on Sat, was still not vacuumed Sunday. Opened bed on Sunday found sheets soaking wet. Desk attendant got us another room. Most tv channels didnt work. I'm 66, have never seen this type of problems. Would rate 9/10 without these problems. Cannot understand sheets, top blankets were dry. I suggested to desk that it seemed someone was sabotaging the hotel.

Avoid! When you arrive and there ate two police cars at the door hauling people out it does taint your impression. This place is dirty, smells like cigarettes and not worthy of human habitation.

Wifi is a mess and broken. Hotel is fine, but the Wifi is broken, and when it works, it's so slow as to be near-useless.
