The first room we went in smelled like smoke and was wet and the heat and windows were on. Then the second room wasn’t any better. The chair was filty the cupboards in the kitchen had food on them and grease. The bathroom had someone’s hair in the tub. I stay here all the time and that didn’t make me happy to have two rooms that weren’t clean

Missed representation I paid online for a smoking room and when i got their they said it was booked and unavailable.

will never stay at any extened stay again hotel had a bed bugs, they not only messed up our reservation but also billed me for both the bookings , , in spite of the facr hotel.com listed that they provide breakfast , there was no breakfast provided, there was not enough towels and soaps .no cups , etct

Nothing nice to say the place is not clean, the room had a terrible odor, the staff was clueless. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my enemies

Did not like that they put me in a smoking room without asking if it was ok which it wouldn't have been due to me being allergic to smoke. Had to find another hotel for me and my son to stay in for the night due to this hotel was filled to capacity and did not have any non smoking rooms left.

We only needed a place to grab sleep after a 14hr drive, arrived at 1:30am and the people upstairs stomped through the night after I called the front to ask them to try and be quiet. Did not get any sleep until after 6am, then cleaning lady tried entering our room with the lock on multiple times waking us up at 9am because our room was marked checked out. Needless to say we spent $90 for 3 hours of lousy sleep. Not happy and would like to be refunded.
