I stayed on the second floor in a non-smoking room. Problem was the whole floor stunk from smoking. Also no ice machines on premises, and even though it is an extended stay location, you have to request cups, plates etc.

The property was not very clean. There were dishes, garbage, half a smoked cigarette in the lobby chair for guests to use, and used water bottles left for over 12 hours in the hallway. There was old soap scum in the shower soap dish along with someone else’s hair. There was soap scum or toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom sink along with dirty, oily fingerprints on the light switch in the bathroom. Not happy with this facility at all!! One of the housekeeping staff stole personal hygiene items out my room.

Run down filthy horrible. The hotel is in need of cleaning and repair. The stairwells and doors to the stairwells are filthy. The veneer on the doors is brook n off at the bottom. There was bags of trash in the hallways by the doors. The room had a light film of dust and the bedspread had stains on it. I did not like the fact that ive been there 2 1/2 weeks and not one house keeper came to clean my room and when she finally did she stole out my room! I also should not have to take my own linens and towels /washclothes to the front desk to get clean fresh ones!!

The carpet was so dirty and full of particles that I did not even want the wheels of my luggage to come in contact with it. The entrance is completley neglected and the same goes for portions of the hallway carpet. Then I was chaged for a room that I pre paid for and now the travel company is having difficulty reaching a manager to sort this out. Don’t stay! This was so run down, nothing like the picture that led me to this establishment. I checked in and didn’t go to the room. When i arrived to the room, it was dark, cold and really well run down. The lamp next to the bed had a cord that barely made it to the other side of the bed to be plugged in. The lights were not handy near the bed if there was an emergency. I was on the phone with hotels.com tomlet them know the the poor condition. I wish i had taken a pic of the room.
