Actual hotel room was relatively clean but product used to clean floors were sticky to walk on. Kitchen area cupboards quite worn and beat up. Overall cleanliness questionable and odd smelling. Front lobby, elevator area not clean or welcoming for guests. Property appears very worn and not well maintained. We ended up shortening our stay ASAP and moving to other hotel. Would not recommend to others.

So when I Arrive to my room I checked the room out. I notice the bathroom sink had some burn marks on it. The desk chair looked like someone had burned it with a cigarette. When we arrived to the room we noticed the room across from #177 had a dog in there and was barking. Our whole night and morning the dog barked. Going to Corp Was lied to was loud broken bathroom had to plung the toilet myself then got charged for smoking when that was a lie call the hotel and the manager was nasty refused a refund and banned me

I was kicked out of my room,as well as threatened that cops will remove me from the premises due to my loud phone conversation with a friend.

Hotel is really getting run down. Needs some attention to lobby cracked tiles. No hangers in the rooms? Staff not as friendly or accommodating as in the past. Once acception Julie was the most helpful!

The room was dirty. We couldn’t sit in the chairs due to the stains and the fact that they were FILTHY. We had to check the bed to make sure there weren’t any bed bugs. The bed skirt was stained and full of other people’s hair. We stayed in a non-smoking room and the sheets and blankets had huge burn holes in them. However the staff was extremely friendly.
