The front desk person- Michelle- was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She was rude. She has no business interfacing with people! She ruined the entire experience. I own a business and was going to use this property for my traveling staff- weekly. Because of our front desk check in experience, we are going elsewhere.

Comfortable clean hotel room No frills but clean and safe. Bed was comfortable and towels were soft. Shower had good water pressure. Location strip-mall-esque and no housekeeping but it was a great room for the price
The hotel was clean nice smell when you first walk in the building the stuff was nice rooms clean quiet place me and my husband really enjoyed out time at this hotel i will book again

Loved it Extremely hospital staff, engaging and extremely helpful. My only disappointment was the advertising of a breakfast which wasn’t what I expected.

Staff was very friendly at check-in. Easy to figure out where to go. Parking was great as well. But when I came up the stairs and headed towards my room the hallways smelled of marijuana. The room was okay but the tv barely worked. Little to no amenities.

We booked this room for our family from out of town They could not sleep, too noisy, walking noise from above room they said So we have to booked the 2nd night from another hotel nearby

My stay was OK until kids we're running up and down the hall and also making allt of noise
