Good location but homeless people were sleeping in entry ways.

Staff friendliness and the property was clean. Great customer service skills...just need to update on breakfast items. Need like fruit or something else added to menu

Other people staying last night were very rude upon check in ,using foul language. The smoke alarms went off all night until after 9pm. Could not relax due to them going off. Very dissatisfied

TV had lousy sound. "Grab and go" continental breakfast was disappointing.

Sorry to say of 2 rooms, heater stopped working twice (I fixed it both times), hair dryer didn’t work. Unfortunately had 3-4 inches of snow during the day and overnight, sidewalks were not shoveled at all in 2 days, most parking spots not plowed or shoveled. Staff was very pleasant and helpful where they were able. Thought I saw a maintenance man, who did nothing to shovel entrances.
