Cold showers are not for me. No hot water and noisy from interstate outside of our window...but they were kind enough to give us one night free due to no hot water.

Do not stay here!!! Terrible. Do Not Stay Here! Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. Room was filthy. Bed was terrible/ultra hard/cheap mattress. Caliber of people working and staying here is bad bad bad! Breakfast consists of a packaged muffin or granola bar and coffee. Nothing else is offered. Plenty of hotels in the area, go somewhere/anywhere else!!!

Worst hotel stay ever My family and I were at Extended Stay for two days, and were disappointed with our stay. The floors were sticky, we found black hair and nail clippings on the blanket, and there is no room service. Each room is provided with four towels and two wash cloths. Fresh towels are provided at the front desk upon request. Also, the breakfast provided is not a continental breakfast as stated on hotels.com website. I booked a studio room with a queen size bed. I got an office lunch room with a queen size bed - Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove with full size over the range microwave. No drapes over the window.. No ice bucket, no plastic glasses. Absolutely no hot water for showering.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in The shower had no pressure and the removable shower head sprayed out dirty water. “Breakfast included” was coffee and prepackaged muffins. Main bathroom in lobby and dirty and out of toilet paper. Will never stay at an extended stay again.

No one at front desk when we walked in. She was out back having a smoke. No hot water. No sofa bed as advertised, no roll away bed on request as advertised. We asked for a refund left the hotel and found another place to stay.

the staff was clueless about everything, they had attitudes. there were roaches in the room not one or two but multiple, there was no one to come and clean the room well we were gone. I'll never stay here again nothing works and the manager doesnt communicate or return calls

This location seemed was filled with trade workers, drinking and smoking in the back then walking in the hotel with coolers of alcohol. The hotel smelled like smoke and booze and was very dirty. We checked in, went to the room and turned right around and cancelled our reservation and found someone else. Will not recommend to anyone.
