The front desk staff are completely incompetent. The three times I came to the desk, once to check in, once to get information and finally to check out it took 10 minutes for anyone to show up and when they did they were apathetic and didn’t provide you with any information, unless you directly asked. Also it’s not free breakfast. Just a couple of granola bars thrown in a bowl.

Better fitness room than most hotel facilities. The rooms were significantly larger than typical facilities. The room we had, either the ac was broken or the rooms are automatically set to stay on 74 degrees, which is a bit warmer that I like my sleeping space. The ac unit could not be turned off nor could the temp be turned down. It stayed on constantly. Waited to check in - no toilet tissue in room and when we called to notify the front desk she said "well, we have some down here" so we had to go get it. Bathroom floor was sticky and the door didn't always stay shut.

Awful place Don’t believe the positive reviews. This place was disgusting. Room smelled like smoke. Laundry room shook the floors and walls. Towels were thin and dirty. Staff was rude and just didn’t care about anything. Hotel is for road workers that partied in the parking lot and in the hallways.

By far worst hotel we have ever stayed! To start, entered parking lot to find a "party" scene in vehicles & on outside patio. Upon coming up to desk to check in, no one was to be seen anywhere at front desk w/the phones ringing off the hook with no one answering. after waiting about 5-7 minutes, the clerk came out from a closed room, not in any hurry at all &1st appeared to scroll through the missed call log on phone before worrying about addressing us. we go to elevator to go to room-there is a large pile of crumbs in the c... read more

Terrible continental breakfast. No housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. Old and dirty - cracker crumbs stayed In the elevator for over three days. Very loud from floor to floor. Or water pressure in shower. Very thin towels. Just the basics!
