First time staying with this chain. Hotel was clean, and staff was courteous. We felt out of place staying for a single night.

Misleading The hotel and staff were fine, but we had booked the room based on the room having a pull out sofa bed for a child. When we checked in there was no sofa at all; I asked the desk clerk about it and she said they don’t have any sofa beds, and the online statement is misleading. We had to sleep cramped together that night! This needs to be addressed so people know what they are actually getting when they book a room.

Nice place to sleep Lots of space in the room. They didn’t have face wash cloths or ice buckets, but the beds were comfortable and the ac/heat worked great.

I thought the hotel had an awesome rate for the amenities that were offered. Very spacious and loved having a kitchen!

First issue after several stays First room had not been cleaned Trash was in the room and the sheets were dirty

Family of 6 (2 children - 7yo & 2yo) plus a lap dog. 2 queen bed on ground floor. Room was very spacious, lots of room for the kids to run around and play and plenty of space for doggy and adults to have space to relax. Small kitchen was nice, fridge was a good size, sink, drawers, cabinets and stove were clean. Water from kitchen sink didn’t have any cold water, made it difficult for washing hands or dishes.
