The room was very hot. I turned down the temperature and had to keep the window open to cool it off.

We arrived late after driving from Virginia and dropping my son off at the military. I already paid for my room. The computers were down and updating for a 2nd time tonight and I am currently waiting in the lobby. It’s been over 39 minutes and still no room. The check in lady was awesome but it is absolutely ridiculous that I am still waiting here with a potential 20-30 more minute wait with no guarantee of a room anytime soon.

The service was great the employees was pleasant and wonderful but far as the breakfast it sucked no ice machine nowhere to sit outside no accommodations for the people that smoke besides that everything was beautiful

Was not the cleanest in general. Additionally, super odd sweet smell in the room that would not dissipate with windows open. Staff needs to check source.
