Disappointed Well when I tried to check in they wouldn't except my credit card....had to give them my old one with no money on it....dumb.... Then we get to the room and it doesn't have a coffee maker or any utensils ...they don't tell you but you have to go to the front desk and get these items ... Then to top it all off ... They were sealcoating the parking lot so we had to park at a different hotel .... Bed was so uncomfortable we should have just slept on the floor....

Our room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The beds, the bedding, the pillows, the clean towels, the air flowing from the heating/air conditioning unit all smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for years. It was unbearable. Our luggage and clothes smelled just from being in the room. It was a terrible experience.

👎 Checkout is 11am...Housekeeping knocked on door around 10:15 while I was still asleep and proceeded to enter...lucky I had the latch on...Then housekeeping came again 15 minutes later....Will never stay at this hotel again...I was very annoyed...I no what time check is...couldn't sleep...needs improvement

There are 2 properties with the same exact same name on their signs in the same area. We lugged our luggage into the first one. After some confused looks the desk clerk asked if we were registered at the ESA Rockford I-90. I said yes, isn’t this it? She said no it’s three building down. Same name. Even my GPS was fulled. Very annoying. “Breakfast” was coffee (which I don’t drink), small pre-packaged muffins and generic granola bars. That’s it. Not even water. Oh they did have instant oatmeal packages.
