The facility was horrible. The smell of the establishment was offensive. Did not feel safe at all. Plexiglass at counter. Huge dogs walking around the hallways. Linen was not sanitized. Strip club across the street (Tiger Tails)!! How is this a family-friendly establishment?!

Girl at front desk was so very helpful, but our Expedia reservation did not come through. Couldn’t get through to Expedia so we ended up paying for room on our own.

The smoke detector battery was going off most of the night because the battery was dieing. Then the front counter girl took forever and told me to just go back to my room without it I insisted her to find me a battery because if something happens to our family its her faut. If you work 3rd shift at the front desk of a hotel you know were the extra smoke detector batteries are!
