Dont feel safe and comfortable. Not safe and comfortable for my family. The place is not clean and there were beggars in the vicinity. The room even say non smoking, but its smells cigar.

Finding a new reg stay spot! We've stayed here more than just a couple of times, and I'm not sure if it's under new management or what but... It seemed a little more rundown than usual. Creepy man pacing outside, and what looked like trap or drug traffic. We planned to just stay in, and grab dinner to HEAT UP IN OUR MICROWAVE (didn't work and failed to replace) called for pots and pans. Never came. Gave away my reservation I showed up and my reservation that I had made through Expedia was meaningless as the hotel had no rooms!! What is a reservation then?

Left high and dry! Called me two hours before check in and notified me that the room I booked 3 months prior was overbooked. Was not going to offer other choices till I made them look. Was still unable to get me something that worked. Was notified they would call to get me a voucher for another trip. Of course I never heard back. Caused me tremendous stress. Had to find a hotel at the airport. Everything was booked but finally found something in a very bad part of town. Horrible experience.

You get what you pay for. Dirty, worn down furniture, sheets to old, non-smoking room smell like a smoking room. I got what I paid for. Next time going to a 4-5 star hotel.

FILTHY. I specifically reserved my stay 1 month ago. I reserved a NON-SMOKING, 2 full size beds and lower floor, EARLY CHECK IN. Did NOT receive any of that request. Bedroom was located on the 3rd floor, room stunk of cigarette smoke, 1 full size bed and room was not cleaned. I requested for things because I have 2 kids. Which I did not want them sleeping in a filthy stinking room. Not a happy camper at the Extended Stay Hotel. Per their web site... "featuring fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of work space… amenities you won't find in a typical hotel room." We were in Room 323. The kitchen was TOTALLY VOID of any silverware, plates, glasses, pots or pans. In other words.... The kitchen was bare. I called the front desk and I was told that everything was in the 'sterilizer' and nothing was available since I hadn't requested it during my booking. Meh... It wasn't very comfortable, my door didn't shut all the way and I told maintenance but nothing was done, my toilet didn't work and had to be fixed, they didn't have a coffee maker available for me, the rooms smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that it made me sick (I had to move twice), I had about a thousand moths in my room (no idea how they were getting in...broken door?), and the neighborhood was terrible.
