I enjoyed it well. The biggest problem was that a resident set off the smoke detector cooking and no one knew how to turn off the alarm so we had to listen to the blaring alarm for over 10 minutes before the fire truck showed up and turned it off. Not their fault but still put a damper on the visit.

Room Was Not Ready I tried to check in at 300 pm and was told that the room would not be ready for 20-30 mimutes. After 45 minutes I returned to the check-in desk and the clerk did not know if it was ready or not. She mumbled something about being shorthanded. After confirming that the room was still not ready, I requested ANY room that was ready. So they got me a room with a queen size, even though I had reserved one with a king size. When I arrived at 3:30 room was not ready the didn't work

Close to downtown Sacramento. Bath tub was nasty, it took forever to drain. Initially only got 1 pillow for each full size bed, had to talk to the front desk multiple times to get more pillows.

OUTSTANDING!!! Greatest staff I have ever come across ever!! I have stayed at many places around the world... At even the top rated hotels including Luxury Penthouse Suites.. The staff and management here are TRULY THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! This will now be my #1 choice for the Sacramento area.

website info incorrect I believe the website says that there is utensils and pots and pans for the kitchen area and there is not it also stated that there is a coffee pot in the room there is not otherwise it was a good stay other than those things the room could have been cleaner and the bathroom needs to be updated also the thermostat is hard to work but I did have a good stay I do have to say the employees are nice
