A NOISEY NIGHT ON ARDEN WAY I stayed here last year and it was fabulous. Close to dining, shopping, and my business appointments. This year, however, displaced families were being housed in the wing I stayed in. These folks were placed there by local social services. They were up most of the night going in and out banging doors and making racket. It's a shame the amount of abuse the facility is taking with these folks trashing it. Management needs to rethink their strategy for the future.

Good location. The lady at the front desk was friendly. If you need a place just to spend the night. This is it. Nothing fancy, they have refrigerator, microwave and stove. They offer breakfast that you can take on the go. Easy access to the freeway.

If low expectations, good choose I stayed at this hotel while at a conference for a couple days. Hotel facilities were clean, and met my needs for this stay, but things are at a bare minimum. There are kitchens in the rooms which is a bonus if you want to cook during your stay and free basic internet, but don't look for any other extras, like pool, fitness center, concierge, or coffeemaker. I enjoyed it well. The biggest problem was that a resident set off the smoke detector cooking and no one knew how to turn off the alarm so we had to listen to the blaring alarm for over 10 minutes before the fire truck showed up and turned it off. Not their fault but still put a damper on the visit.

Room Was Not Ready I tried to check in at 300 pm and was told that the room would not be ready for 20-30 mimutes. After 45 minutes I returned to the check-in desk and the clerk did not know if it was ready or not. She mumbled something about being shorthanded. After confirming that the room was still not ready, I requested ANY room that was ready. So they got me a room with a queen size, even though I had reserved one with a king size.
