Christmas shopping and birthday The hotel was very nice and convieniantly located to entertainment and shopping.

we had trouble with the heating system and even the desk person could not get in working satisfactorily. An extra blanket or two would have been good.

Basic but fair for the price. Temporary housing fell through during a housing move and we ended up here for three weeks. It's basic but didn't completely explode the budget.

Cold and Loud I was on the first floor. I didn't take into account that other visitors would be leaving their rooms (loudly) at 5AM. The windows were very thin. I also couldn't get the heating unit to work. I'm not sure if temperature is controlled by the hotel, but I was freezing.

Had to again My house burned down this was close to a home I could get. Plus it is near my daughter's school

Friendly faces My stay was quit pleasant when I first checked into my hotel the friendly faces (blanca ),at the desk were of much help and very polite the Studio suite I stayed in was very clean and very good size I enjoyed my stay very much it was never bothered by any of the employees or guests the only thing was a really loud family of 5 next door but never bothered me because of how excellent service was
